My family has always been rattling encouraging throughout my life, as they have always been there to backup my decisions and move me to follow my conceive ofs. In my lifetime, I have had many occupational dreams. All of these dreams grew with me, as some stuck for a while and others did not. When I was a child, I remember that I wanted to be a jockey or something or the sort just now because I had a love for horses. As I grew older, this dream faded as I gained other interests. At points, I wanted to be a teacher, a doctor, a veterinarian, or a princess, just to name a few. As I got into my upper years of high school, I began realizing that maybe choosing a career was not going to be as short as I thought. As I debated over trustworthy types of careers to pursue, my parents have always been there to help me out when I needed it and support my decisions about my future. They have too been very good at reminding me that I need to pursue a career that makes me happy, but still something that will be open to put food on the table.
Out of the four types of parenting styles, my parents are classified as the authoritative type. This style of parenting is considered to be the or so ideal for raising children, as it focuses on high support and high demand.



My parents encourage both my sister and I to be independent, they provide us with nurture and support, and they converse with us regularly. On the other hand, my parents still expect my sister and I to hold standards and realize that there are consequences for our actions. They are also very flexible and adaptable when it comes to situations that are unexpected, whether they are large or small. Through this parenting type, it is very clear that my parents both act as leaders, making it clear that success is expected but distress is accepted to a certain extent.
